### Event Highlights ###
300+ modern custom, classics, hot rods, exotics, overlanders, lowriders, club cars, dealership flagships, and collection builds! It's a rolling cruise-in, in true American style, a National Event. A rolling car show...that doesn't impede traffic. We're just having a short show, then going for a cruise and coming back to Old Colorado City and surrounding establishments, with a shop visit and 4th of July Party with some fireworks to close out the day! Independence Day!!!
The Route:
Rolling cruise-in and extended rally from (6385 Commerce Drive, CO Springs), to historic Colorado Ave. We'll first go down I-25 to Garden of the Gods, and to 30th Street, to Uintah. Through Old Colorado City, turning right on 22nd Street, to 2215 W. Vermijo, passing our shop, and then back onto Colorado Ave, all the way to Manitou Springs. Some folks will want to turn around at the Serpentine Road turn around, some will go on, to the Winding Road Rally. The true GARR. To America's Mountain, every 4th of July.
You can go up the mountain, or just come back to Old Colorado City, or Manitou Springs for a cruise-in to your favorite local spot that's open on the 4th! At NOON, you should be walking or getting a ride to the shop for the NOON-5pm GARR Party. Take the US24 route back into Colorado Springs, taking the 26th Street exit to Vermijo, to get to the shop. There are parking lots located on our map, that are within 2 blocks of the shop.
The Party is at 2215 W. Vermijo Ave. this year, at the HARD Corp Customs shop, formerly Steve Mills Racing and ACR.
Optional Winding Road Rally along Hwy 24, to the Pikes Peak Highway Toll and Turnaround for those who want more miles, mountain views, or want to visit America's Mountain on America's Birthday every year! A new tradition! A new place to be with friends on the Fourth Of July!

The Rally Route

A Cruise-in, to the Clouds

We designed “THE ROUTE” with the businesses along Colorado Avenue and in Old Colorado City and Manitou Springs in mind, each individual Chamber of Commerce will benefit every year from the event. Even though we’re running on a holiday, mornings along this stretch from Colorado Springs to Manitou Springs have historically been very light on traffic before noon.
This is a true cruise-in style rolling rally — not a closed convoy. Normal local traffic will continue to flow and will naturally mix in with the participants, just like the famous Woodward Dream Cruise. Cruisers receive a clear pre-event safety briefing and are instructed to keep speeds safe, allow local cars to merge, and never block access.
To protect everyone:We will have paid professional traffic control in 2027 for this event, we don't estimate a large turnout for 2026 but if there is, please adhere to all rules of the road, especially at the start and at the designated turnaround zones.
Clear instructions for cruisers to exit the route by 1:30 PM, so regular traffic can resume normally for the rest of the day.
Optional Winding Road Rally extension for those who want more miles, and a 40 Minute+ Driving Experience.
Our goal is simple: create a fun, family friendly, low-impact parade that brings spectators out to sit in front of their favorite shops, restaurants, and businesses to cheer on the cars and enjoy the patriotic atmosphere. More eyes on the route = more foot traffic and business for the hardworking local spots that open up on the morning of the 4th.
This careful planning keeps cruisers safe, spectators safe, and helps turn a normally quiet holiday morning into a memorable celebration for the entire community.
